• Shipping Process:

  All orders are placed in the requests received. Due to high demands with Touched Hair Company’s products, please allow up to 3-15 business days on ALL ORDERS to process and ship out. Yes, shipping and taxes are included whether our customers are picking up their order or the order being shipped out.

• Shipping Company:

  The shipping companies that Touched Hair Company use are USPS (United States Postal Service), and FedEx. All orders are set as priority mail. Once the order has left Touched Hair Company dispatch our customers will then receive a tracking number via email (preferably 3-4 business days after orders are placed). The shipment will arrive to the receiver within 1-3 business days depending on your region.

• Coloring Hair:

  Yes, our hair is 100% unprocessed raw Virgin Brazilian hair, which means that our hair can dye and bleach. We highly suggest (when coloring) that if you are not familiar with or have never colored hair extensions to PLASE seek a professional hairstylist that specializes in coloring. We do not want our customers to ruin the hair by over processing, or using the wrong developer when bleaching. Remember that Touched Hair Company is a phenomenal investment. Take care of your hair, and it will take care of you.

  Once your order is placed on our website, if you are a local resident a representative will contact you in regards to selecting a pick up location listed below. YES, YOUR ORDER IS TO BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE WHETHER THE PACKAGE IS BEING PICKED UP AND OR SHIPPED.
